Aotearoa Safaris' hunting block showcases untouched King Country native bush, with panoramic views of Mount Ruapehu, Mount Ngauruhoe and on a good day as far as Mount Taranaki. Spanning some 5000 acres, the area was host to some of the initial red deer liberations in New Zealand, and its deer history dates back to 1919 with early stock sourced from the famous English Parks of Windsor, Warnham and Invermark.
We are located near the headwaters of the Whanganui River, with some of the best Fly Fishing in the world on our doorstep.
